Curve Bending
Along with 3D rotary tension bending, we offer free-form bending for diameters from 3 to 219.1 mm, with our without an inner mandrel. Bends with a radius as small as 0.5 times the outside diameter and any desired bend angle can be produced using cold bending.
Curve bending
- Several successive bends with different radiuses produced in a single operation.
- R min = approx. 4 times the diameter of the input material
- R max = infinite.
Radius bending
with or without mandrel
- A bend with a defined radius is formed in a single operation.
- R max = approx. 1,000 mm
Die bending
- A bend is formed in a single operation by a closing die.
- R min = less than 1.0 times the diameter of the input material
- R max = infinite.
Cryogenic bending
mandrel-free
- The mandrel is replaced by a medium.
- R min = 0.8 times the diameter of the input material
- R max = approx. 1,000 mm
